1. This Is a Community Platform, Not a Medical Provider

This platform connects blood donors and recipients; it does not provide medical advice, blood testing, or transportation services, and is not a substitute for emergency medical care. Always follow the guidance of qualified medical professionals and hospitals for donation eligibility and safety.

2. Membership & Verification

Registration does not grant immediate membership. All applications are reviewed by an administrator, who may approve, reject, or request more information. Providing false information (identity, blood group, health conditions, or age) during registration or donation record submission may result in rejection or suspension.

3. Acceptable Use

  • No fake, duplicate, or fraudulent blood requests.
  • No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward other members.
  • No use of the platform to solicit payment for blood donation, where prohibited by law.
  • No sharing of another person's private information without consent.
  • Posts, comments, and messages are subject to moderation and may be removed if they violate these terms.

4. Donation Records

Verified records contribute to your visible donation history and eligibility badges. Submitting false donation records is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.

5. Suspension & Termination

Any donation or receipt of blood arranged through this platform is undertaken at the members' own discretion and in coordination with qualified medical professionals.
